NUQWA Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from the NUQWA app and website, operated by NUQWA LLC.

How to request deletion

1. In the app or website: log in, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
2. By email: send a request from your registered email address to support@nuqwa.com with the subject "NUQWA Account Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 30 days after identity verification.

Data deleted

Profile data (name, email, phone, photo), saved shipping addresses, login credentials and sessions, and account preferences.

Data that may be retained

Transaction, payment, and invoice records (tax and accounting requirements), artwork provenance records and digital certificates of authenticity, and records required for fraud prevention and legal obligations — deleted once the statutory retention period expires.
